With the aim that those who suffer from kidney disease today can face a future with security, effort and prospects of optimal rehabilitation and good quality of life. On 1st February 2006, the acute, chronic and pediatric hemodialysis service was created.
On 15th December 2011, the TIAHE (Technical Institute for Accreditation of Health Establishments) accreditation was obtained.
Currently, it has eight dialysis stations, seven of them are at general ward and one at the isolation ward.
It is equipped with latest generation 4008 Fresenius machines and high flow FX cordiax 60, 80,100 biocompatible filters.
Renal replacement therapy service is provided for acute and chronic patients in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis modalities for both pediatric and adult patients, with permanent 24-hour guard duty.
Complementing the specific clinical attention required for the treatment of renal failure, we provide stimulation and support actions to the patient in order to recover them within the community and improve their quality of life.
